1. Who I am and what I offer
I am Katie Quinn, a medium, Reiki Master, IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) Master, and IAPCC Certified Death Doula based on the North Shore of Massachusetts. I offer mediumship sessions, Truth Readings, death doula support, space clearing and blessing, and group events, both public demonstrations and private gatherings. Details of each service are on the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services and to use the site.
2. The nature of my work, and what it is not
This is the most important section, so I am going to be plain about it.
My work is spiritual, energetic, and supportive in nature. It is offered to bring comfort, perspective, connection, and a sense of forward movement. People experience it in their own way, and what one person receives is not a promise of what another will.
My services are not a substitute for professional care. Nothing I offer is medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice or treatment, and nothing on the site should be taken as such. I am not a physician, licensed therapist, psychologist, attorney, or financial advisor, and a session is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition. Death doula support is non-medical, comfort-and-presence-based support; it is not hospice care, nursing, or medical care, and it does not replace your medical or hospice team.
Please keep seeking the professional help you need. If you have a medical, mental health, legal, or financial concern, consult a qualified professional. Do not delay, avoid, or stop professional care because of anything you receive in a session, at an event, or on this site.
No guaranteed outcomes. I bring my full presence and skill to every session, and I am honest about the limits of the work. I cannot and do not guarantee any particular message, result, contact, healing, or outcome. At a public event in particular, I cannot promise that you will receive a personal reading. You are responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take after our work together. The work is offered to support your own decisions, not to replace them.

3. Bookings and payment
4. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Life happens, and I try to be reasonable. At the same time, my time is reserved for you when you book.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice. Refunds for appointments are given on a case-by-case basis.
For event tickets: No refunds will be given for events you can no longer attend.
I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session or event when I have to, for illness or other reasons beyond my control. If I do, I will offer you a reschedule or a refund of the amount you have paid for that booking.
5. How I work together with you, and when I may decline
My work depends on a respectful, good-faith exchange between us. I may decline to begin, or may end a session or engagement, if I believe it is not the right fit, if the setting is unsafe or disrespectful, or if continuing would not serve you. I aim to be honest about fit before we begin, which is why several services start with a conversation. If I end a session early for reasons other than your conduct, we will work out a fair resolution.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to treat me, any venue, and other attendees with respect.
6. Events
Public events and private gatherings have a few specific terms. At a public event, seating is general unless stated otherwise, and I cannot promise that any particular attendee will receive a reading. Events are not recorded, and you agree not to photograph, audio-record, or video-record an event or session without my prior permission, out of respect for the privacy of everyone in the room. For private gatherings (Small Groups) and hired events, the host is responsible for the venue and for the people they invite. Specific arrangements are settled in our conversation.
7. Confidentiality
What you share with me in a session, and what comes through in it, is confidential. I do not disclose the substance of our work to others. If I ever draw on experiences from my practice in teaching or writing, I do so in a way that protects your identity, and I will not use anything that could identify you without your consent. In a group setting, please extend the same respect to others: what is shared in the room stays in the room.
8. Intellectual property
The content on the site, including text, design, and images, is owned by me or used with permission, and is protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use the content for your own commercial purposes without my written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, your reliance on anything received in a session or at an event, or any decision or action you take based on the work. My total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid me for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You acknowledge that you engage my services voluntarily and that you are responsible for your own choices and wellbeing, consistent with the nature-of-services section above.
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold me harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to my services will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Massachusetts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the site where reasonable. Your continued use of the site or my services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
