Reach out.
Pick the path that fits where you are.
01
Book a session directly.
02
Schedule a conversation.
A conversation is 30 to 45 minutes, by phone or video, no charge. We talk about where you are, what you are looking for, and which kind of work would actually serve you. If we are not a fit, I will tell you so honestly, and I will point you toward who might be.
This is the right path if you are not sure which of the four services is yours. You are considering death doula support (which always begins with a conversation, never with a booking link). You have a specific situation in mind, and you want to know whether the work is built for it before you commit. You have been to a medium before and want to talk through what was missing.
03
Send a message.
If you are inside a death doula situation.
If someone you love has received a terminal diagnosis, or is in active dying, or has recently died and your family is still inside the immediate stretch of it, please reach out as fast as feels right. There is no wrong way to write to me about this. A few sentences is enough. Tell me what is happening, where you are, and what kind of presence you are looking for.
I will respond as quickly as I can, and we will figure out the right shape of support together.
What happens next.
You send the message or book the time.
I respond.
We meet.
Write to me.
The basics
A note before you write.
You do not need to have the right words, or a clear question, or any idea what you believe. Most people who write to me are not sure what they are asking for, and figuring that out is part of what the first conversation is for. Whatever brought you here is enough to start with.
I will not be the right practitioner for everyone, and when that is the case I will say so and point you toward someone who is. That clarity is part of how I work. It is not a rejection.
If you are inside an active mental health crisis, a fresh acute trauma, or a situation involving a dying child, please prioritize the specialists trained for those first. I am glad to help with a referral where I can. Knowing the edges of this work is part of the work.
For everyone else who is standing at one of the thresholds this practice was built for, the door is open.
